
Srinagar: Kashmiri Grand Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam expressed his emotion and sorrow over the wave of innocent killings of civilians in Kashmir and said it was unfortunate that members of a particular community were being targeted.
While condemning the killings of civilians, he said that no religion allows the killing of innocent civilians and it will get nowhere.
Mufti Nasir expressed his deep shock and sorrow and expressed his solidarity and sympathy to the families of all those killed in recent days in Srinagar, saying that Islam forbids attacking unarmed people. âThe Kashmiri Muslim community stands alongside the bereaved families in this hour of grief and shock,â he said.
