Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan postponed

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan has been postponed.

The Saudi crown prince and prime minister were due to visit Pakistan later this month.

During the visit, Pakistan hoped to secure a $4.2 billion bailout, and numerous Pakistani-Saudi oil deals are being finalized for signing.

The Saudi Kingdom will also help establish a modern oil refinery in Gwadar at a cost of $10 billion while Chinese companies will lead the refinery operations after the project is completed.

Sources added that a further deterioration in the existing political situation could hamper Muhammad Bin Salman’s visit.
